Payment terms
Please be aware that the responsibility for ensuring the account is paid is yours.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. (We do not accept American Express)
All accounts should be settled on day of treatment unless prior arrangements are in place or agreement has been received by your insurance company and an authorisation number is provided.
You will be informed by your insurance company of any shortfall which needs to be paid to Cardio Direct immediately.
