Drivers of lorries and buses need to apply for a Group 2 licence from the DVLA, and all Group 2 applicants must have undergone a medical. Cardio Direct can undertake the necessary medical and complete the relevant form. Cardio Direct has the forms here at our clinic, so you do not need to obtain one from the DVLA.
